This may get a little off the main…

This may get a little off the main topics but here we go. In the actual moment I'm having a delay that is my fault more or less. It is something I addressed when I initially started treatment last year. Then I took a break, weaned off medication for sleep and have since decided that I was better when on my last round of medication. I had stopped service, finished refills etc. Upon wanting to start again, the process was very easy. The same Doctor is mine again. The same medication. I came to this because over the last several days I have had some delay in getting my problem on my end handled and communicated with my pharmacy. But I noticed when I thought I messaged my doctor direct can and have, I made a mistake and messaged support overall. I am trying period to fix what is happening with me. Now I'm really going go lay it out. I came and read all of these terrible reviews and they have me really wondering? Not about Kick but the patients with all these problems lashing back. First- I think the site is very specific in noting that personal pharmacy is our cost and the +30 is for home delivery. I have not done home delivery but I understand it to be like that. How I read about someone saying the medication they were prescribed interacted with seizure meds and they weren't informed. I believe they never revealed that med imo. I can say that this delay of mine is because of another RX I have available for other reasons but isn't supposed to be used at the same time etc. I'm 2 weeks on a refill of that other stuff and am not taking it as I want the return to what the doctor approved here in Kick. I need approval for the pharmacy to feel okay about this situation. I get it. I went thru this in the beginning and should have communicated a little better but now I have to. I feel the Doctor will resolve this soon. On that note, you have a clear example of the pharmacy and THE Kick Physician needing to assess patient safety. My Doctor has gone above in that with other sleep options, there are things on the list that I would not be a candidate for and it has been said to me. I feel a pretty thorough look into my safety is indeed happening. And TBH these platforms can only work with what they learn from us. We have to cross the T's and dot the I's and if we don't we can't get angry at them. A few months ago a higher up had reached out to me because I had some random issues and they wanted to speak to me about them.We did. And the issues were not that deep and all of my needs were met. So I didn't intend on posting all of this today but I can't watch a company get faulted when it's users it seems aren't reading the fine print or divulging the info that could make or break a new relationship here. And again. The additional $30 is clearly noted for home delivery. I actually have a suggested sleep RX that I haven't tried because it's costly with my insurance at the pharmacy I use regularly but I could get it easily for the additional $30 optioned thru Kick.. I do think we all can slip thru the cracks and get delays etc. I have found in the past that Kick is attentive and I have been handled swiftly. My current problem could have maybe been avoided if I said more in the sleep update form but I did not anticipate the problem that is now holding up my refill. But it is my problem. I also read someone is using multiple accounts? That speaks of itself . I'm not saying needs for online safety etc. aren't possible, but 4 accounts is a game that the company should not have to play. That is my in the moment honest review of Kick Health and their Sleep program. I have used their anxiety/ beta blockers way back and had a solid experience there as well. Please take this info into consideration if trying to use Kick for your sleep/health needs.I am just a consumer. Thanks to Kick for allowing a lot of us to be successfully treated for our anxiety and sleep problems . I wish everyone positive support and results. Jeff Kaiser
