Complete SCAM
Complete SCAM! I am not a social media person but recently started a nonprofit, and so I was hoping to gain it more visibility. The traffic sent to our IG was all from overtly fake accounts. This may be fine if you're a 12-year-old, just trying to outdo the kid next door regarding followers. But if you're a start-up, trying to expand your reach, this is completely worthless. I waste more time deleting all of these ridiculous accounts. UpGrow did not respond to my email to cancel. They finally responded to my chat request but said they would pass my concern to upper management so they could make adjustments to my account - that is not what I asked for! I specifically asked them to "cancel and not to charge my card again." A long time later, I get another response that says, if (I'm) sure then (I) need to schedule a call with someone. Seriously? They then patronize you, saying their canceling process is smooth and easy. The scheduling link has an error message, "This calendar is unavailable." I messaged again to tell him this and reiterated, "Do not charge my card again." Of course, I will have to call the bank today. No one has time for this. Who knows what they're going to say this time. I can guarantee you that they do not want to talk to me. This is the most ridiculous business practice that I have ever come across. Save your time, money, and peace by avoiding UpGrow.
