£150 Trade In Scam
Retrospective review - occurred April-May 2022, now looking for a new phone and wanted to add my story to the list. Bought a S22 in April 2022 with an offer £150 off with a trade in. They lost the trade in phone, bricked my phone remotely like ransomware until I paid £150. I needed the phone for work thus begrudgingly had to pay in the end. Later admitted they found the phone, refused a refund of the £150 leveraged out of me. Sent me back the trade in that apparently didn't exist. I now don't buy Samsung anything.
