Generally clean and well equipped gyms - although this does vary with location. My only bugbear is the 4 hour timeframe for cancelling classes, if it was a 2 hour window it would be much better and classes would have less no shows. I did once go to cancel a class due to an unforeseen issue at work meaning I wouldnt get there in time, but didnt as the app said was past the time frame (by a few minutes), so I made rearrangements to still be able to go. However when I got to the gym I couldnt even attend the class as it was overbooked. The staff handled the issue very well but the booking system should not have enabled it to happen in the first place.
