Very missinforming seller
I'm not one to complain or leave negative reviews however,.........I really needed 4 tires as mine were 2/32 in the back and 3/32 on the front. I didn't have a lot of time to be messing around so I ordered tires off Amazon. It said they were in stock. Ordered Monday, Tuesday I got a picture of my delivery but it looked like I only got 2 tires....ok so they made a mistake it happens. Called them and they took my info, I was told I was going to be called back right away. Wednesday came no call. So I called Thursday I was never rude just wanted to know where my tires were cause I needed to put them on over the weekend. The seccond call the woman told me sometimes it "takes a while" for their distributer to respond.......I'm sorry what? You can't just call them you have to e-mail and wait for a response?.....so I told her ok but I kinda need these tires. She assured me I would get a call. Not even 2 hours after that conversation all a sudden I'm getting refunded half what I paied on Amazon for the tires. Now I have 2 tires in need of 2 more have no money to buy them because the refund process takes 5 to 7 business days to clear....and I never initiated any refund process they did it without my consent. And put reason for refund is customer sent back product....I never got the product to begin with... I just wanted them to ship the 2 additional tires. So I contacted Amazon and they told me I can reorder 2 more with the seller or go buy somewhere else. I checked Amazon and now the same tires are 30$ more. Some shady stuff going on here. So now I'm forced to use tirerack.com and I'll use them from now on cause you can't trust these 3rd party sellers on amazon.
