Incredible service from Farah and Martin.
The service I’ve received from Cruise1st so far has been amazing. I made an inquiry online about a Virgin Voyages cruise purely out of curiosity and with no real intention of booking, however after exchanging a couple of emails and then having a couple of conversations with Farah I had decided to book not just one but 2 cruises with them! I’ve been what I would consider to be an awkward customer, applying tricky promotions and making changes to my bookings but nothing was too much trouble for them. This is particularly refreshing having recently booked a trip with Destination2 who genuinely couldn’t care less the minute they had taken my deposit. Farah even kept in touch with me when she was on holiday herself, and in her absence my bookings were handled by Martin who was equally fabulous, patient and pulled out all the stops to make sure I got everything I wanted from my (now 3!) booked cruises. On top of all this they got me a great deal. To say I’m thrilled would be an understatement and I will certainly be recommending Cruise1st and booking with them again.
