I need a response
I would like to cancel or reschedule my booking because of my sister's wedding. I contacted them three weeks ago and they said their sales team will consider my request and give me a reply as soon as possible on the refund of the voucher that I have used. It has been three weeks already and I have also contacted them for two more times but still I haven't got any replies. I mean if you are not happy with my refund request you can just say no we can't give you any refund, but to ignore one's request for three weeks is unacceptable.
