Order not received for 2 weeks
Hello, I placed my order 13 days ago directly from your website. Still haven’t received anything. After 10 days I received an email saying that it’s been despatched. Today I noticed the second day the same tracking message -Royal Mail is waiting for the parcel. It’s been 2 days and counting even to get into the chain. Then I’ll be waiting for the actual delivery on top of that. What is going on Teapigs? You clearly don’t value your customers. Only 40tea bags!! It was my first online purchase from you and needless to say it’ll be the last. Anna
