Why do you have a call centre that doesn't know how to reach a store or solve an issue!
Good day This is the most atrocious experience ever received from your Northgate store in Cape Town. I literally called the whole day on 15 November 2024 to follow up on my delivery that I was promised will happen today, to everytime get told by your call center that they are unable to reach the store by telephone and that they sent an email to confirm if the delivery will occur, but I must rest assured that delivery will happen between 8 am and 17:00. Well it's 17:22 and no delivery! I had to send the people home who waited for the materials. You will probably only read this mail on Monday because I can see your customer service leaves much to be desired.
