Brilliant customer service
We booked flights to Thailand back in October to go for 3 weeks over Christmas. I tested positive for COVID, 2 days before we were supposed to go. Absolutely devastated and after calling Singapore Airlines they gave me a full refund. Larrson - the customer service chap was the most friendly, compassionate person I have ever spoken to and given the stress of the situation he genuinely cared for my wellbeing. They didn't have to give a refund as we had complimentary rebooking on the ticket but they did. After this experience I will be booking with Singapore Airlines in the future and will continue to book direct with airlines instead of through 3rd parties.
