Had a few hiccups with this rental in…
Had a few hiccups with this rental in Banner Elk. Lanes End house was not clean when we arrived at 4PM check in. Took till 7PM before it got done. Master TV did NOT work during our week stay. A/C is only dwnstairs in this house. Luckily it wasn't HOT during our week or we would have left since it did NOT have central air. but a lovely home! Carolina Rentals answered all my complaints & phone calls for these issues.I would use them AGAIN!
