Poor service
Hi, after hiring a vehicle from the airport rental (Enterprise / Redspot in Sydney. I received an email stating I had damaged the vehicle. This damage was noted and pointed out on pick up. The issue was later resolved, but then they charged me twice on toll services. I have tried to get in contact with them, but it seems management does not want to speak with me. I have sent emails and still no response. The customer service is very poor. I will not be recommending their services to any of my family and friends. To date I have not even heard back from anyone. I am still chasing up the extra charge.
