Terrible Management / Can't account for monies spent...
- General terrible mismanagement of our building ongoing for past 2 years -Crabtree can't seem to account for various monies spent on our account, or accurately split the service fees between the flats and commercial units here. They are over charging the flat owners for all service chargers and charge nothing to the owners of the commercial units and the flat that the landlord is leasing out -They withhold information even info that leaseholders are legally entitled too -They have not set up a cleaning contract in almost 2 years of moving in, so we have had 3 cleans of our communal space during this time - They did not set up a pest control contract for 1 year so we were over run with vermin - They did not organise council bins or collections and let rubbish bags pile up on the floor in the bin store for months and months -They refuse to reply and fix known issues at our building -They refuse to refund our money (we are owed more than they are claiming we are owed) -The ignore us when we request an explanation for discrepancies on our account -They have not arranged any Fire safety equipment tests in circa 2 years since residents moved into the building - The whole team from top to bottom is rotten - they all ignore us pretty much every time we contact them via email and there is never anyone available in the office conveniently -They never come to inspect our building - we would see them on cctv if they did -Crabtree ignore our formal complaints -We have had to lodge a complaint with the property ombudsman instead -Currently we cannot dispose of our rubbish as the bin store door has been broken for over a week and crabtree ignore our requests to fix it (this has happened many times in the past 2 years) -Should be shut down, the whole business they run is a scam - what a bunch of crooks - Be worried if you end up with this lot as your management company
