I booked the hotel online for 6night…
I booked the hotel online for 6night but only required 5nights. After numerous phone calls I was getting nowhere so cancelled and am now booked in Premier Inn which offered a cheaper rate as well.Once you become a platinum member I think they feel that they have got you and l have never had the benefits that they promised. Disappointed
