Worst Experience Ever

Worst Experience Ever This is the first time I dealt with Travelocity and I did go through many problems. First of all I booked my Europe trip with them and the girl helped me to book all the package and while she was on the phone I got an email for the confirmation of my booking and when I checks it she misspelled my name and I told her to fix it she says she can't fix it and told me call them in three hours which means I have to call them at 1 am,anyways I called them to fix my names spelling and the customer service representative told me that he can't change my name spelling now I have to call them within three days of fight , it was making me so nervous about my booking !! Then finally I called within 72 days of my flight and changed my names spelling . Then I told the representative to book me a specia meal as I am vegetarian and it was never booked !! When we reached at the destination shuttle was booked and we did pay for the shuttle but after waiting 3 hours of long wait no shuttle showed up and we wasted our three hours at the airport then I called Travelocity that I can't find any shuttle here then representative name Shayma picked up the phone and and told me that they will refund my shuttle money and told me to go by the taxi and send them the receipt so that they can compensate me . After I send them the receipt they refuses me to pay for my taxi , which was 55 Euro . The girl told me to go by taxi other wise we would have taken Metro . I did wastes 3 hours of my precious day at the airport which I had planned to spend my day as my vacation. I did talk to Raynne too and she was the worst one as a customer service she was really rude and was not trying to listen the problem and not thinking about the situation I did go through and she refused to pay me the taxi money as a compensation because my time and money was wasted on the phone in roaming and taxi , otherwise I would taken the Metro !! Another problem they has created they booked our room from 3 pm , we have to wait in the lobbie waiting for our room which was not booked from the afternoon. With the whole mess we wasted the whole day because of there carelessness and when you try to explain them the problem which they have created they are not ready to listen and not making there customers happy . I would say Travelocity has the worst people ever and they and under trained for sure too they need to learn about more customer service and need to know about there services very well too . I have the worst experience ever with this company and I will not go with them ever and not recommend to anyone .
