I purchased tickets from this website, never got my tickets
I purchased tickets from this website, I never received the tickets. I had to purchase new tickets at the box office, with higher price. The refund from MArk's tickets took for ever, I had to call a couple of times with long waiting time... I lost too much time and got into the event after it had started because of all the time I waited.
