Although their customer service excels…Kobe is the deciding factor
Although their customer service excels , my rescue dog will only eat Ollie. I have tried nearly all of the online products. I end up giving them away. Kobe loves Ollie. He knows when the package arrives that it’s for him and gets so excited. I have needed to confer several times on delivery date etc and I always get immediate response. Thank you Ollie!
