I was informed all along the way with emails, texts and phone calls. The service was excellent. I asked for a specific date and they accommodated. Pricing was excellent an the driver I had was a pleasure to work with. He let me know when he expected to pick up the car and when he expected to deliver it. He was accurate and quite professional. I have had previous experiences with Nexus and all have been excellent.
