Misleading/missing information

Unfortunately had to give a low review because firstly after waiting 2 days for contact had to chase agents who confirmed hadnt received my email? Although had confirmation email to advise my enquiry had been sent. Secondly when asked to arrange a viewing was then told can't because we are 3 adults, but if was 2 adults and child would be ok??? Why then was this not put on the info anywhere, as then wouldn't have wasted time applying to view. Very easy resolution to stop this but not done?????? Not the only lettings agents doing this, very poor
