Freeletics is the game changer
Using Freeletics was really a game changer for me! The good thing is that the coach gives me a feeling of having a companion or personal coach during the whole session! Also, It’s been a while since I am forcing myself to keep working out almost everyday, It doesn’t matter where I am or what equipments I have. For this purpose, I Adapt my sessions based on my situation at that moment and I am able to do my daily workouts no matter what
