KUNAL IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT
KUNAL IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. I spoke with someone else in Southall before I came across KUNAL and he clearly don’t want to assist me with tickets. I asked him to send me an email with the quoted prices so I can make a decision and come back but he is quite adamant that system won’t let him do it. I had to cut him off and luckily got KUNAL in the next call. He spent nearly 15 mins playing around the dates and different companies and definitely came up not only the best price but with great flexibility for changes. I checked every website and made few phone calls to find a better deal as we all Indians do, but couldn’t find a better deal. Also the way he communicate and the politeness impressed me a great deal. Although I’ve been using Southall for last 15 yrs, I always have a feeling like they are trying to be cheeky and fair with prices. However my feeling this time is that KUNAL honestly offered me all the options to choose from. Thank you KUNAL. 5 stars for you and for Southall because of your service
