You need to pay 190 PLN for cleaning when you deliver car we were told when we arrive in Warszaw. I ask lady in WAW "what is the price for a wash at gas station?", but she did not know, hmm. We were busy and then we agree to pay, even we only had car for 1,5 day. When we went to car, far from TERMINAL to pick up, the car was dirty in and outside. I compain, but they still want 190 pln, for nothing. I rent sometimes cars in Polan, but i will never do it with PANEK again, use other companies.
