Absolutely terrible company to fly with…
Absolutely terrible company to fly with will never fly with them again. Got scammed out of £145 ,to check us in for flight coming home. Their site wouldn't let us check in , once we got to airport to check in we were told they couldn't check us in as problem with site . We were then told we had to pay £20 per person to check in and if we didn't pay it we couldn't get on our flight .it was their fault but we had to pay. Just to get home. Scam!!!! Then we had already paid for our seats on way back as we had children so needed to be seated together, they didn't give us our seats we paid for and put us all over the plane not seated together, it was a total joke . Since coming back home we have emailed to try and get our money back for seats and the check in fee and got nothing back it has been nearly a wk and still no reply back. Will never fly with this company again.
