Worst experience ever
Worst experience I ever had with a rented car. I rented a car for some days in Santorini and when I dropped it at the AutoUnion office a damage was noticed by the staff (some scrapes in the left rear bump). I am sure that this damage has not been caused by myself or the other driver - by the way I understand it is something I cannot prove. AutoUnion charged me 194 euros for this damage and stated that the voucher company would have been able to refund me - which according to the contract was obviously not true and likely said to keep me quiet, pay and and leave the office. The attitude that the staff showed was rude, sneaky and unprofessional.
