I was shopping at the Michaels in Martinsburg, WV. Marie provided excellent assistance, was so kind, and helped us ensure the accuracy of our online order before we left the store. We found during the holiday season that many store representatives are always in a hurry; however, Marie invested the extra time and went the extra mile for complete customer satisfaction.
