Unfortunate experience recently
Unfortunate experience recently. We bought a week in playa andaluza years ago and recently are just not able to book the week we want and always got. We have one week so a 12 month window, so the multiple week owners with a 13 month window are ahead and it seems nothing is left to book after. Marriott would not confirm either way , but certainly would not confirm/guarantee availability with the 13 month window either. They acknowledged on the phone there was just no way for me to get it. Note I was on the phone and helped 4 seconds after opening so the rep said I did everything 100% right. “There is no availability, sorry , we don’t guarantee availability , you can book another time” Something changed it seems just to be oversubscribed.
