Never received refund
I ordered a couple of times from this online shop which I started to suspect is not legit. I ordered a pair of sandals which didn't fit well and I contacted customer service and asked if I could return them. I was told by customer service that the return was approved and I would receive a refund once they got the shoes. I paid myself for shipping the shoes back. Then never heard back from them. I contacted customer service a couple of times asking what happened but they just keep closing the case with no answer. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
