This website is a scam, do not use
This website is based in China and this is not made clear to the customer. The returns policy means that the customer is required to return the item, at cost, to China. I returned my unused pillows more than a month ago using a tracked courier as requested, as they did not fit the description on the website and have heard nothing since despite sending 3 emails enquiring about my full refund. Do not use this website, the product is not as stated and the returns policy makes it impossible to get your money back
