Fails to backup large files
I have several files over 5 GB and not one was backed up. It does try to back them up repeatedly, but each time says that it fails. However, it doesn't report the backup process as failed, in fact the daily report says the backup process was successful and only by looking at the detailed reports do you discover some files failed. Worse, the repeated attempts to backup resulted in a huge increase in bandwidth. In 6 days (until I stopped it) it used nearly 400 GB of network bandwidth. Also, at the end of each failed run my system was disconnected from the Internet, although my other system was fine so it was a problem on the system being backed up. Customer support was unable to help. The agent's thick Indian accent made our conversation difficult which didn't help.
