Wiederholt werden Datenpakete gebucht

Wiederholt werden Datenpakete gebucht, ohne das sie angefordert oder gewünscht waren und natürlich werden sie entsprechend vom Guthaben abgezogen. Der mehrfach kontaktierte Service "kann nichts machen". Nach etwa vier normalen Telefonaten und drei Wochen war das Guthaben von 15,-€ aufgebraucht.
