Unprofessional
Having to repeat information I sent them online. Promised callbacks never happened, follow-up e-mails were never sent. They try to blame their own colleagues by name repeatedly, and try to blame me for not checking my spambox. (I'm not that much of a beginner, I did check my spambox, nothing there. I did receive all other e-mails from them fine.) I refuse to blame that colleague by name, this amount of unprofessional behaviour cannot come from a single person. I wasted weeks waiting for the "smooth" handling of things and good offers. When I gave up waiting for Utility Provider, I had everything done within minutes. It's a lot more time than handling things yourself. It's a lot more money, cause they don't give you the best offers. My landlord recommended this service, no idea why.
