This company is one of the worst customer service systems as phone calls go to VM and any emergency for booking issues is impossible to get help! I have a business class ticket to Dubai and flight goes over Iran and Israel air space with high level of concern. My travel plans are part of a large group and the group changed dates due to middle east concerns. Rather than Sky suck escalating to the airline British Airlines to get waivers that are done all the time I am told change fees are over $3500 for a $4800 ticket! I contacted BA and they said such change would be honored direct with BA but due to booking with third party agency they would need to make the change and waiver request! BA also said they could bypass due to the issue and time frame with close departure date but BA said Sky suck did not include important details to validate my identity! For over 24 hours been trying to resolve but all calls go to VM and no help if traveling for sure! Imagine being on the trip and need help and airline tells you to contact the company where booked as the airline cannot change without third party company being involved! Run from Sky suck as you cannot get help for such issues and can care less about the customer with zero ability to handle basic change due to war zone issue!
