Horrible service

Horrible service! Our usage for 2 householder became extremely high from 1 month to the other. When we moved in to the property payed only £25 for a few month and later £42 for another few month and then just like that our bill jumped to £110. Obviously we was wondering why did that happen so contacted with them. They asked us to do a leak test, and when we done it and said that the water meter moved quite quickly even when the main tap is closed they only forced us to call a plumber bacause in their opinion it only can be internal so they have nothing to do with it. So we called a plumber who confirmed that the water meter is extremely old and probably faulty as well (I think this would be part of Anglian Water's job, not our plumber's). After our plumber reported this to them 2 month LATER they've changed the water meter. I was waiting for the new bill to see how much would it be with the new water meter, but instead of that they only emailed to us that the usage still high (that's it, no any action taken again). So we called the plumber again cause we realised that the new water meter again spins very quickly (also send a video for them about it) when we used nothing, took 2 pictures too from the time when we wasn't at home that numbers did change on the meter. Our plumber called them again since he was here that he literally checked everything internal and there is not an issue in the house what would justify that high usage! A few weeks later they finally sent someone who actually checked our new water meter (for a massive 3 minutes) and said there is no problem with it. I told him very detaily how much water we use with my hb per day, he also agreed that it is not more than official the daily average. So he called an other colleague who was working in the office and told her what he realised (nothing). The lady on the phone said that she can see that the usage was high but now its back to normal so probably just the new water meter was too 'sensitive' as it just been fitted less than a month ago. She recommended to do a meter reading every week now for a month. We did it, and at the end of the month we got a bill which is still high and a letter that they actually try to force us to pay over £400 for that 5 month as long as my bill was on hold without knowing why is our bill still that high or make sure what is the issue. They willing to do anything, only want money, what I'm obviously will not pay! It is just ridiculous. I rather take other official measures!
