not bad, there’s potential for much better!

I didn’t feel that most front desk staff was very friendly although they certainly showed exceptional friendliness and helpfulness to the older upper class condo owners that were in front of me in line chatting with the receptionist (that they obviously knew) for 20 minutes while I stood behind them awkwardly waiting to ask for the gym key. The staff member did not even acknowledge there was someone else in line (a brief “I’ll be right with you” would have been better than being ignored). That was frustrating but I chose to brush it off and enjoy myself. Which we did. The condo we rented was clean enough although a little more attention to detail in kitchen cleanliness and decent cooking utensils would be appreciated. I’m big on aesthetics and the decor was over the top...when I go near the ocean I want calm and serene not bold and in your face but online it looked better than the other outdated condo choices with thrift store furnishings. Our family had a wonderful time in the pools regardless of the rest and overall it is a fun place to take the family. Personally, I would update the decor and standard of cleanliness in each condo, train your staff to treat EVERYONE like you want them there and you could charge more/night. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and know you could step it up but the return would be great!
