Shane Buckley was very good and dealt with silly offers and ridiculous retracted offer. Pleased I only had people viewing that were ready to proceed. Only negative is that I had a few different staff members until Shane and didn't appreciate being asked several times to use their solicitors especially before 8am!! Overall though Shane was easy to chat to and worked well to get the price I was happy with. Would use again if I need to sell in the future
