Great team - highly recommended!
So far everything has been great! Lois has been fantastic- quick and helpful over emails and phone calls while I was registering, referencing and moving in. Lee showed me around and checked me in, answering all my questions easily and made me feel at ease and welcome. Rob came round for the inspection and it is clear there is a lovely set of people here both in the staff and other occupants in the building. Everyone I've spoken to have been so friendly and well informed. It's so quick and easy to get things fixed - when I moved in the radiators needed bleeding, and a tap was dripping and they were all fixed very quickly after 1 email to report them. This has been my best experience of moving into accommodation in over 15 years of renting.
