My review pertains to online service and size discrepancy amongst the shoes. Bought shoes the exact same size that I had previously done for florsheim shoes. Yet one pair too big and the other too small. Had to pay almost $20 to return my items. Was told that the next size up for the smaller pair was not available. Because they were sale items I was not refunded and advised by email that I would be getting a store credit. Feel very ripped off by this online service having paid to return the items and then not getting my refund back as requested if size not available. I feel the customer has paid exorbitantly for a lack of service and satisfaction. Definitely will not order online with florsheim again unless they change this policy. Disappointing as shoes are generally of good quality.
