Bizarre delivery issue. Package not in transit but showing as "should arrive"for 6_days. CS didn't remedy the situation initially.
Package never arrived (not sent after 11 days). CS slow response ~7hrs. I used email and chat. Didn't check the status of my order properly. When they did respond they hadn't bothered to check my order properly (tracking would show it wasn't on it's way to me & no updates in 8 days). I told them that the package had been saying it "should arrive" today for 5 days. But tracking has no updates showing it wasn't in transit ever. Instead of the CS rep noticing this (I made purchase 10 days earlier), they repeated back to me "the package should arrive today."... a bit frustrating as I had explained it had said that for 5 days already. I replied reiterating my point and I even copied and pasted all of the DPD/tracking info for them to see clearly. The next morning I got a response and they offered to "send it again". That's fair. (but yesterday would have been better). Unsure if the slowish CS response time was due to being after Easter Bank Hol (Tuesday) but it appears to be a theme as per other reviews. Awaiting to receive my order, will write to reflect how that goes later.
