thank you Rachel for the help and support, she was so polite and take time to explain matters properly specially for vulnerable people , she is smart, polite, has a good knowledge of customer service, she answered all question perfectly, and clear all matter in easy way, the only thing makes me accept help from true solicitor is because her kindness and her support and help. i was in a lot of stress because of the repair matter and my health issue but thank you very much Rachel for been there for me and helping me.
