Poor.
Poor. One month on, only half my Vinatis order has arrived. And when I contacted their customer services on line, even before I submitted the e-form, as soon as I selected the box 'incomplete order', up popped an orange box requesting my patience and saying that the courier will deliver the rest of my order shortly... so this must happen all too frequently. Beware if Vinatis pack an order in two separate parcels under the one order number. It seems as though their tracing systems are then unable to register whether both parcels have been delivered, or whether the delivery is incomplete. The only 'proof' of incomplete delivery being the case is then the courier's photo framing just the one box on your doorstep.
