I have been using Professional Training UK Limited (PT) as my training provider for several years and have brought them with me to my new organisation, Gill Jennings & Every LLP. PT have delivered a variety of sessions for our Partners to a consistently high standard. Their trainers are always engaging, facilitating participation and interaction. We are delighted to have launched their PLATFORM programme for our senior associates and those recently promoted to Partner. The first session, Performance, received an average feedback score of 4.7 out of 5, and comments such as: “Allowed time for self-reflection about what is working and what isn’t” “It underlined the importance of several concepts, skills, and approaches that tend to be overseen during the day-to-day business” “I am looking to work better with my team and we discussed various ways to achieve that” “Useful in making you relate particular examples to general concepts (rather than seeing them as isolated examples that happened without reason). Good information and further reading in the workbook” The delegates are looking forward to the second session and building relationships with the trainer and each other over the next year. PT will also be running their THRIVE programme for our Associates starting in September. My team have always found PT to provide excellent customer service, responding quickly to queries and offering further information when requested.
