I wrote a review earlier but I would like to add to my review and assessment of Janbask Training. Bored in my retirement after 42 years of a totally non-technical career, I wanted to learn the technical field. But I had so much trepidation. I spoke to Fahad for the first time and I felt very comfortable. He answered all of my questions. He also encouraged me, and made me feel comfortable that they would provide the necessary help. The instructor for the QA testing is Som and he is excellent. I am not going to mislead you and state that it is easy. To be serious about learning this stuff, one has to put an hour or 2 a day studying and practicing. More than halfway through the class, we hit an area that was hard for me to comprehend. I spoke to Fahad, and he and Som agreed to give me extra help to overcome this section. And they executed on that! Janbask cares and is passionate about prepared students. I would not consider any other school! Thank you Janbask!
