Item wasn’t received as DPD had so called logistical problems ie short staffed so my meat order was binned. Took 24hrs for musclefood to reply to initial customer service email. Then 48hrs for a response to my reply. Order being sent out again and a £5 voucher offered. Won’t cover the cost of the meat I’ve had to buy in the meantime but better than nothing I suppose. Customer service is usually spot on but fell short this time.
