I received a sofa packaged the delivery drivers rushed in rushed out before we had time to check the sofa ,signed for delivery and then when we opened it it was ripped ,photographed right away phoned delivery driver ,ignored the call and blocked me ,numerous emails to homedone ,ignored until called them ,threatened legal action,got an email offering pick up and replacement within a week ,still waiting 3 weeks later, no replies to my emails and they continue to take payments from Klarna saying my claim not valid to Klarna I am appalled by the terrible customer service ,the attitude of their response to complaints and the fact that they promise a full refund on their website if goods are not up to standard I am also disappointed with Klarna for accepting my issue as resolved which it is not !! These goods Homedone advertise New !Are obviously defective and damaged and their refund policy a lie ! AVOID !
