Unreliable when ordering from UK
I ordered from UK for Gold Coast delivery more than 2 weeks before Christmas. Delivery was guaranteed within 2-3 days. Only half the order was delivered and the other half was lost "in transit" Impossible to speak to anyone, useless WebChat service, didn't respond to emails and eventually managed to contact them via Social Media. Undelivered order was damaged and returned to sender but nobody told me. Eventually received a refund and the postage cost.
