I posted a review re non entry to B&B hotel Poiters where the entry code they sent me did not allow us access to the hotel. The 24 hour intercom was not answered and there was no contact tele for the hotel we were booked into. The hotel sent me a request to remove my post they say there was no calls recorded on the night of my booking, this is typical of their inefficiency the intercom at the entry of the hotel is a bell service to call them and they answer. We rang the bell for over 1 hour with nobody on the other end and nobody answered our ringing of this intercom . There was no other form of comunication for us to contact the hotel or the 24 hour support that did not answer
