They have hidden "classes" in their fares, which they can change at any time. They do not communicate these classes to their customers. This is so that they can make a fare look good, like a promo or budget or anything, but then they can change it the next day. This means if you want to make a change, there will be a fare difference even if you do a search and it looks like there is no fare difference
