I ordered the Pod 5 Core on Aug 31
I ordered the Pod 5 Core on Aug 31. It said it would ship Sep 1-3. Nothing yet (Sep 15). I was once sent a link to track the order, the order is not trackable (I just get an error whether I use the order number with the # sign or without it). The support is relatively responsive but does not actually solve anything. If I hadn’t known this company exists for a while, I would really think it is a fraud. During the purchase process, their website shows conflicting figures for various subscription options. So can’t really trust the dates or the cost figures on the website. They have not been able to resolve the name on the order, even though they gave conflicting responses about that. Let us hope things improve.
