Awful
Awful, constant chasing and delays but the worst is they land you with a bill after 4 months of no contact saying that the hospital you chose from their approved list is only 75% contribution!!! Absolutely no explicit written or verbal communication before or during treatment regarding potential payment for your hospital choice...just a bill at the end. Murky processes, unclear & insufficient information....absolute disgrace. If you experience the same, please write a review to warn others and complain. The FCA is clear on this topic so please refer to their 6 customer outcomes in particular Outcome 3: Consumers are provided with clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during and after the point of sale. If you don't get any joy with the Company then complain to the Ombudsmen; it may be the only way to force these companies to improve and to do the right thing.
