Hotel Zafiro Calla Mesquida
Hotel Zafira Calla Mesquida Watch, My experience at the Hotel Zafira Calla Mesquida from June 12 to 15 was very bad. I booked my room not on Booking but on the hotel's own website. At no stage in the booking process was I advised that I was booking a room not in the main hotel which is in fact a 4* hotel, but rather my booking was being made in a 3* apartment block which is located across the road from the 4* hotel. Simulating the same booking on Booking the situation is similar, not even on Booking are we warned that the booking is in the 3* apartment block. My initial 3* room in the apartment block was in terrible condition. In other words, the 4-star hotel is using its main website, even on Booking, to sell 3-star apartments, so in my opinion this is cheating guests. Deplorable situation Be careful
